Hub City Gymnastics has an XCEL team which competes in AAU XCEL program in the Fall and Spring season. This program is open to middle school and high school aged athletes. Athletes may enroll directly onto the XCEL team regardless of previous experience as our XCEL team may compete Bronze, Silver, or Gold depending on athlete skill readiness. Our XCEL team program offers competition opportunity for new athletes through about USAG level 4. It is not a good fit for athletes who have achieved Level 4 or higher. The XCEL team is an excellent opportunity for athletes who may compete for their middle school in the winter season to train outside of their school season.
